Bells Bearings and Hydraulics

Service, Repairs and Maintenance

Since the age of 16 I have learnt many skills in the metal and engineering industry. On a daily basis I engage in general welding, fabrication, fitting and machining, milling and drilling, service, repair and maintenace work. I design, create, repair and modify light to heavy fabrications including plows and stubble rollers, boom sprayers, trailers, disc and air seeders, and many other small or large specialist machinary and parts.

While exercising crucial Occupational Health and Safety procedures, I also undertake general machining jobs like bore, key, and tap sprockets, pulleys, gears and shafts. I service and repair Power Take Off assemblies and Joints, gearboxes, augers and much much more. Additional to these skills I am proficient in diagnosing, measuring and replacing most types of bearings and motion components.

Furthermore, I am familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic circuitry and components, their repair, installation, identification and maintenance. I can adequately interpret and draw basic hydraulic circuits, select componentry and lubricants, assemble and repair hydrostatic fluid power systems. I consider fluid connector and hydraulic hose creation a speciality, and also reseal hydraulic pumps, motors and linear acctuators fast and efficiently.

Finally I am highly proficient with all hand and power tools in the metal and engineering, agricultural and automotive industries, and accuratly read all types of measurment equipment in metric and imperial units.
